We are hiring a dynamic Projects Engineer to lead and execute major and minor engineering projects at our Silvassa manufacturing plant.
💰 Salary: ₹10–13 LPA
🧑💼 Experience: 10–12 years in project execution
🎓 Education: B.E./Diploma in Engineering
🏭 Industry Preference: Flexible Packaging (Printing, Conversion, Polymer Processing)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Execute CAPEX projects within scope, time, and cost
🤝 Coordinate with internal departments and vendors
✅ Ensure project quality, safety, and timely closure with compliance
⚙️ Drive process improvement initiatives for energy and efficiency
🛠️ Skills Required:
📈 Strong project management and problem-solving ability
🗺️ Basic CAD/layout knowledge
🗣️ Good communication & 💹 financial acumen
📍 Location: On-site at Silvassa
