𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 / 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫'𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 – 08 𝐭𝐨 10 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞 (𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨): This is an individual contributor role the candidate should be: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the flexographic printing industry.  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.  • Conduct market research and identify trends in the UV Flexo ink market.  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals • Possess a strong understanding of UV Flexo inks, their applications, and the flexographic printing process which help to troubleshoot customers grievance & provide technical support.  • Conduct ink trials and demonstrations at customer sites and Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in UV Flexo Ink technology.  • Customer Relationship Management and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.  • Collaborate with cross functional team to address customer needs.
