This leadership role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering partnerships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve our ambitious goals. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Develop and execute business development strategies that align with our organizational goals. 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities. 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand our market reach. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve targets and improve performance. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐬: Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of business development initiatives. 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities. 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. 12+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of success. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
