The ideal candidate will ensure quality, productivity, and timely delivery, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and supervise flexo printing operations for maximum efficiency. Monitor and control daily production output to meet customer requirements and deadlines. Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimize downtime. Lead and manage production staff, including machine operators, helpers, and QC personnel. Conduct root cause analysis for printing defects and implement corrective actions. Monitor ink, plate, anilox, sleeve, and substrate usage to control costs and reduce waste. Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance departments to maintain product standards and equipment reliability. Maintain documentation for production, wastage, and process parameters. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, hygiene, and safety norms. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using 5S, Lean, or Kaizen methodologies.
