-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
-Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
-Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Hygiene and Baby Dipper industry.
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
-Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
-Knowledge of the Rajasthan market is a plus.
-Willingness to travel within the region.
