 Position: Manager Production- Operations, Industry: Label Printing (Flexo Printing)

 

Location: Panchkula, Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per month,  

Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Printing & Packaging

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end operations of label printing, ensuring smooth production flow. Strong hands-on expertise in Flexo Printing.

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control standards and inspection processes at various stages of production.

Ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and efficiency benchmarks.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve production and quality issues.

Visit customers when required for technical discussions, quality issues, or relationship management.

Candidate Profile:

Must be from Printing & Packaging background (Label Printing experience preferred).

15 to 20 years of relevant industry experience in label printing operations.

Should be actively involved in day-to-day operational work, not limited to administrative responsibilities. Strong problem solving, leadership, and process-management skills.
